For Spears Tech Solutions, local really does mean local.
We’re right here in Bryant, Arkansas, serving small businesses, churches, organizations, entrepreneurs, and individuals throughout Bryant, Benton, Little Rock, Saline County, and the surrounding Central Arkansas area.
But being local means more to me than having Bryant listed on a website.

My name is John Spears Jr., and I’m the person behind Spears Tech Solutions.
This isn’t a giant web company pretending to have a local presence in dozens of cities. There isn’t a distant sales team taking your information and passing you along to someone you’ve never met.
When you reach out to Spears Tech Solutions, you’re connecting with a real person who lives in this community.
My family and I are part of this community. We shop here. We worship here. Our children are growing up here. These aren’t simply cities and keywords I’m targeting on a website. These are our neighbors.
And that affects the way I want to do business.
I Know What It’s Like to Build Something
Spears Tech Solutions wasn’t created because I wanted to become some huge technology agency.
It grew from something much simpler: I enjoy using technology to help people.
I’ve worked with churches, small businesses, entrepreneurs, nonprofits, and people with an idea who simply needed someone to help them figure out how to bring it to life online.
And I have a special place in my heart for the small business owner.
The person working a full-time job while building something on the side.
The family turning a skill, recipe, trade, ministry, or dream into something bigger.
The business owner who knows they need a better website but doesn’t have thousands upon thousands of dollars to hand over to a large agency.
The person who isn’t necessarily “tech savvy” and just wants somebody they can trust to explain things without making them feel lost.
Those are the people I want Spears Tech Solutions to serve.
You Don’t Need to Know the Technology
One of the reasons people put off building or improving their website is because technology can become overwhelming quickly.
Domains. Hosting. WordPress. DNS. SSL. Business email. SEO. Mobile optimization. Performance. Security.
You shouldn’t have to become an expert in all of that just to run your business.
That’s where I come in.
My job isn’t simply to build you a website. My job is to listen to what you’re trying to accomplish and help determine what technology actually makes sense for you.
Sometimes that means a new website.
Sometimes it means improving the one you already have.
Sometimes you may just need hosting, maintenance, business email, technical guidance, or somebody to help you understand your options.
And sometimes the right answer may be, “You don’t need that yet.”
I’d rather build a relationship than sell somebody something they don’t need.
Local Support Should Feel Local
This part matters to me.
If something goes wrong with your website, you shouldn’t feel like you’re sending a support request into a black hole.

One of the exciting things about Spears Tech Solutions is that we’re still building.
I’m constantly learning, developing new tools, improving our processes, and finding better ways to serve our clients. Some of the things we’re developing today didn’t exist even a year ago.
But as the technology grows, I don’t want the heart behind the business to change.

I want what we build to have a reason behind it. I want our websites to solve problems. I want our tools to make someone’s job easier. I want our hosting and support to give business owners one less thing to worry about.
And I want people in our community to know there is another local option when they need help.
